A Brotherhood Built on Unity

Solidarity Lodge No. 1457 A.F. & A.M. is a Masonic lodge located in Houston, Texas, operating under the authority of the Grand Lodge of Texas, Ancient Free & Accepted Masons. Since its founding in 1993, the lodge has served as a place where men of good character come together to pursue personal growth, strengthen bonds of brotherhood, and serve their communities.

 

The name “Solidarity” reflects the spirit upon which the lodge was founded: unity, mutual support, and a shared commitment to the timeless principles of Freemasonry—Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth.

Our Heritage

Solidarity Lodge was established by a group of Filipino-American and Texas Masons who envisioned a lodge that would honor both their cultural heritage and the traditions of Texas Freemasonry. From the beginning, the lodge has served as a bridge between cultures—bringing together brothers from many backgrounds while maintaining a deep appreciation for Filipino values of respect, family, service, and community.

 

Today, the lodge continues to reflect the rich diversity of Houston while remaining firmly rooted in the ancient customs and teachings of the Craft.
